Nabhaya referral program terms
Version 2026-12-31
These terms apply to the Nabhaya referral program run by improveFX Technologies Private Limited. By applying or sharing a referral code you agree to them.
1. Who can join
Individuals and businesses in India aged 18 or over, approved by us after a short call. Clinic administrators of Nabhaya customers can also join from inside the application. We may refuse or end a membership at our discretion, for example for misleading promotion or abuse.
2. How you earn
- A clinic that signs up with your code stays linked to you.
- You earn one month of the list price of the plan the clinic buys (before GST and discounts), once per clinic.
- You earn only if the clinic makes its first paid subscription within 7 days after its free trial ends. A later payment earns nothing.
- The referred clinic gets one bonus month on its first paid subscription. Referral codes do not give a price discount.
- Earnings are reversed if the clinic's payment is refunded or found to be fraudulent.
3. How you are paid
- Clinic administrators receive earnings as a Nabhaya coupon valid for 1 year, usable against subscription renewals and message credits. It cannot be exchanged for cash. If your clinic has automatic payment on, a reward coupon with unused value that is valid for the plan renewal is applied to it automatically (one coupon per renewal, the one that saves the most), and the 30-day and 7-day notices show it; if it covers the whole renewal, nothing is charged automatically and you renew in Billing instead.
- Each month in which you earn, or an earlier reward is reversed, you get a commission bill on the 1st of the next month for the month before. The March bill is made at 11 pm on 31 March and covers March up to then, so it falls in the same financial year; later March earnings go on the April bill. A reversal is taken back on your next bill, and if a month comes to less than zero, nothing is paid and the balance is set off against your next bill.
- Clinic administrators' bills are paid by the coupon described above when the bill is made.
- Other partners can withdraw their bills to their bank account or UPI. A withdrawal pays whole bills, once every reward on them is at least 14 days past the clinic's payment and the payment is not refunded or disputed. Earnings not yet on a bill are withdrawn after their bill is made. A valid PAN and bank or UPI details are required.
- Tax is deducted at source on commission at 2% of every bill, from the first rupee, under the Income-tax Act, and a TDS certificate is issued. Reward coupons for clinic administrators carry no deduction. Without a valid PAN, tax may be deducted at a higher rate as the law requires. You are responsible for your own income tax and, if you are registered, GST.
4. Fair use
Do not spam, make false claims about Nabhaya, bid on our brand name in advertising, or refer your own clinic or a clinic you control. Do not share patient data with us or anyone else to promote the program.
5. Your data and what you see
- We use your details only to run the program, pay you and meet tax law. See our privacy policy.
- A clinic that uses your link or code sees your name, and is told that you will see its name, city and sign-up status.
- For each clinic you referred, your dashboard shows only its name, city, sign-up date and sign-up status (setting up, on trial, subscribed or not active), and your own reward for it. You do not see the clinic's contact details, plan, prices, payments or any patient data, and you must not ask the clinic or us for them.
- Product updates and offers from Nabhaya are optional and sent only if you opt in; withdraw at any time in Account settings → Preferences, with the unsubscribe link in any such email, or by writing to [email protected]. Program messages about your referrals, earnings and payouts are always sent.
6. Changes and ending the program
We may change or end the program with 30 days' notice on this page. Earnings already confirmed before a change are honoured.
7. Contact and disputes
